Apartment for 2 - 4 people
This spacious apartment includes a double bedroom, a large kitchen with sitting area and a beautiful bathroom. All rooms are bright and airy and invite you to relax. Each kitchen comes with an electric stove (with 2 or 4 hobs), a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and all the necessary utensils. A TV and a radio are also available. A comfortable sofa bed in the kitchen can accommodate two additional people.

Things to consider before you start your journey:
- The booking and cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
- Since late arrivals and early departures are subject to a surcharge, we recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy.
- Guesthouse Emmi is a non-smoking establishment. However, you may smoke on the balcony or outdoors.
- Check-in: 2pm | Check-out: bis 10am
- In all our apartments, children under 2 stay free of charge in both summer and winter
- Winter discounts for children staying in our rooms:
- Children under 5 stay free of charge
- The discounted rate for children under 10 is 50%
- The discounted rate for children under 14 is 15%
- Summer discounts for children staying in our rooms:
- Children under 12 stay free of charge
- The discounted rate for children under 16 is 50%
- Rates include all taxes and charges, the operating costs and the final cleaning.
- A local tourist tax of €2.00 per person per day has to be paid separately.
- Supplement for short-term stays under three nights: €5.00 per person per day
- Surcharge for single occupancy of a double room: €8 per person and night in summer and €15 in winter
- Pets are only permitted upon prior request, at a surcharge of €10.00 per pet per day (does not include the cost of food)
